So long for now little brother until we are together again. You are part of me forever; from your gentle, thoughtful kindness to your wonderful sense of humor. You could always make us laugh over the simplest, silliest things. Your comedy was never the type to hurt another person's feelings.
 Dear Martha, words can not express how sorry we all are for the loss of your life's partner. When we were together recently after this terrible tragedy, you taught me how Todd would always put you first down to the smallest thing. Again Martha I think of you as the sister we never had, and I will always try to be there for you.
 One last thing brother that I hope would make you smile at all our shared memories. Thank you for putting me first and letting me have the bottom bed of our shared bunk beds as we grew up together! 

Todd was 1 of 4 uncles that I love so dearly. He had the kindest most gentle soul of anyone you would ever meet. One aspect of Todd that I will miss so much is his contagious laugh. I will always remember the sound of his laugh when he would tell a funny joke, or when one of my uncles would share a funny story about 5 wild, rambunctious brothers growing up and make the most out of every day together. All of my uncles, including my dad, have so many features that can be compared, but Todds humor and gentle personality set him apart from everyone. I will miss him so much.

Todd was the brother that could make me laugh with nothing more than a pair of new glasses and a funny look. He showed me love of nature on the farm in Minnesota. He taught me patience with stubborn horses, how to care for plants, and the wonder of science.  To Maggie and I, he was a warm and gentle person; a reflection of our mom.

Life and especially Love is beautiful and sometimes hard. The deeper the love the greater the loss. We know our sister Martha experienced the deepest love with Todd and knows the greatest loss - we will be there for you, always.

We love you forever Todd.

We will miss you, your jokes, your laugh, your talk, and your smile and most of all your kindess.
