

William obtained his bachelors from Lincoln Memorial University in Tennessee, where he was an athlete and member of the fraternity Alpha Pi Omega. He then went on to obtain his masters at the college of William and Mary.
He worked as a director of Education at Eastern State, and later retired from Fairfax County. He also served as an adjunct teacher at George Mason, ending his career at the Northern Virginia Community College Woodbridge Campus.
A graveside service for William will be held Friday, May 31, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Williamsburg Memorial Park, 130 King William Drive, Williamsburg, Virginia.
