Alison Beth Wakeman was born October 8th, 1979 in Ypsilanti, Michigan, and passed away November 5th, 2013 at the age of 34.
Alison was the daughter of Martin and Janice (Smith) Wakeman and resided in Webberville, Michigan. She attended Rowley Wesleyan Church her entire life, and was a gifted artist that enjoyed painting and drawing. She especially enjoyed listening to music and playing the flute.
Alison was preceded in death by her grandfather Donald R. Smith in 1987. Surviving are her parents Martin and Janice, sister Amanda (Matthew) Way, brothers Bart (Paula) Wakeman, Bret (Jennifer) Wakeman, grandparents Jim (Loleta) Brown, and Kenneth (Violet) Wakeman, and nine special nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, November 9th, 2013 at 12pm at the Rowley Wesleyan Church, 3720 Rowley Road, Williamston, with visitation two hours prior. Interment will directly follow service at Greenwood Cemetery, Fowlerville, Michigan. The family is being served by Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, Williamston Chapel ~
