Brian Lee was born June 25, 1977 and went to be with his Heavenly Father on August 24th at age 39. Brian was the son to Sandra (Jobin) Diesness and the late Robin Oja.
Brian loved being outdoors, fishing anywhere he could throw a line. In high school he loved running cross country, and enjoyed being in drama playing the cop in “Arsenic and Old Lace.” Brian was an avid fan of U of M and the Detroit Lions. He really loved music and singing, he had quite the music collection and loved to DJ. He will be missed by his loving family, and his best buddy and companion Percy, his Pit Bull.
Surviving to cherish Brian’s memory are his mother Sandra (Fred) Diesness and his brother David Oja.
Visitation will be held Sunday August 28, from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Gorsline Runciman, 205 E. Middle St., Williamston, with the rosary prayed at 7pm.
The mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday August 29, at 11am at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 157 High St., with the Rev. Mark Rutherford officiating. The family will be receiving friends one hour prior to the service.
