Elise was a beautiful, sweet and kind and patient, loving and forgiving soul. She has a heart for Jesus and touched many hearts where she went. I am so sorry she is gone, but rejoice that she is at peace and in the loving arms of our Father and Protector and Savior Jesus Christ. Many blessings for her son and his life as he remembers the legacy of a life well lived for Christ. 

We are so deeply saddened to hear the news of Elise's passing. Our hearts go out to her family and friends and all whose lives she touched. We remember Elise as an amazing role model for her classmates and band mates and also how our good friends Joe and Candy were so proud of her. Such a remarkable person will be greatly missed by all. My deepest condolences to all of Elise's family and friends. I knew Elise because of girl scouts with Laura and then marching band in high school. I can still see her conducting up on that ladder – stern, strong, and the right amount of silly! She was brilliant, a great leader, and so very kind. Sending my love to you all.

Elise was my true friend. She was always there to vent to & she gave the most beautiful advice. Her & I became close during our time working together, I will forever be thankful for our time spent together. I cannot say enough about how kind, loving & selfless she was. Oh my sweet cousin. I'm devastated to hear the news. You amazed me when we were young,  To be so smart, beautiful  and successful living like a grown woman at such a young age.  And who knew that God would have put us two blocks from each other there in Oceanside. I had a warm memory today of how we rocked the Green day concert in San Diego. We had some of the best laughs then. Your presence always brought light to the room. I'll miss you forever cousin.

May holy Mary, the angels, and all the saints welcome you now that you have gone forth from this life. May Christ bring you freedom, and peace from your suffering. May God embrace you as his flock when admitted into his garden of paradise . May you see your Redeemer face to face, and enjoy the vision of God, forever.

Elise was one of the kindest people I knew. She welcomed me right away when I started working at St. Mary School as the Kindergarten Teacher. Two years later when my oldest son started at St. Mary School, Gasper and Nathan became good friends. Elise always liked making fun memories with the students. For example when she organized the a School Lock In for students who completed their summer reading. The students loved this because they were able  to stay over night. She had a camping theme so the children made pretend campfires , their snack was eating s’mores, blanket relay races in the school hallways, and flashlight tag. This is just one example of the many things she would do for the children. She definitely made sure to be present for children and make it special for them. She loved the kids just as much as they loved her. Both of my children have been sharing their favorite memories of Mrs. Palazollo with me. I have been hearing other great memories from other children about Mrs. P.  She will be missed and definitely has left an impression on these children. Memories that these kids will carry in their hearts forever.  Gone but never forgotten! The Dippel family will continue to keep the Palazzolo family in prayer especially Gasper and Chris. 🙏🏻





Elise was a wonderful friend and coworker, with never a bad word to say about anyone. She was soft spoken and kind, and always offering help to those who needed it. I enjoyed working alongside her at St. Mary, where she was loved by children, parents, and coworkers. It was always nice to run into her around town and catch up, when she never missed an opportunity to ask about me and my family.  My children and I were incredibly sad to hear of her passing. My thoughts, prayers, and deepest sympathy are with Chris, Gasper, her family, and all of those who were blessed to call her a friend.  Elise will be greatly missed!

Knowing Mrs. P  from St. Mary's school, the impact of her joy, kindness, and knowledge are immeasurable. While working in the preschool program, it is so comforting to have someone like Elise to welcome our precious children. Her smile gave so much ease to parents who are introducing their children to preschool.
  In the Atrium and Library, the children said she was engaging and energetic when it came to sharing her love of God and books. What a gift to give our children! 
 Our hearts and prayers are surrounding the Palazzolo family, especially with Chris and Gasper.
 'Mrs. P in the pretty dresses' will be greatly missed. It is of comfort to know that the seeds that she planted at St. Mary's will grow and will bear much fruit. 
  

I am heartbroken to hear of Elise's passing. My daughter loved "Mrs. P" when she attended St. Mary School. I am thinking of the whole family at this difficult time as I was good friends and classmates with Angie growing up and I know how close knit you are.

Gasper and Chris we are so sorry for your loss. Elise was such a sweet and fun loving friend. Always willing to lend a helping hand (whether at Gasper's home basketball games or in the St Mary library assisting the students). Whenever and wherever help is needed, she was always there. There was no stopping her. She went above and beyond the "call of duty". She  will truly be missed. Prayers are with you and your family. 

Elise was my first real friend I had when I moved to California many years ago. Her big smile and kind soul were incredible. She loved life and was always up for an adventure. She was kind, funny, and a true friend to those around her. She loved books and was incredibly smart. Anyone that met her could tell she was a good one. She will be truly missed by many, she was so loved.

Elise was one of our many, many nieces. She was  the most kind, giving, gentle, caring person we have ever known. She would help anyone with anything, at anytime, in any way needed. Elise always put her love and dedication to God and her son, Gasper, first.  She had a beautiful smile that would light up any room. She had a special gift for working with children at St. Mary's school and as the librarian at St. Mary's for many years. Elise was a great example of how we should all be living. She will be forever missed by us and by all that knew her. We loved her very very much and we are going to miss her dearly. She is in God's hands now and we will see her again in heaven someday.

I am so blessed to have known Elise through the years we worked at the same school.  She was much loved and appreciated by those who knew her and by the children she worked with.  Her family is in my prayers daily.  May God strengthen and comfort them greatly during these difficult days.  I will always remember her kind and gentle heart!

Elise is my niece and worked with me at the dollar store in town for 2 years. We became  very  good friends. She enjoyed  working with the people and was a great asset to the store. She would get so excited when we would get new note books and pens and pencils. We would laugh about it. She was a good person all the way thru. She told me many times she was on this earth to look out for jasper. That was her purpose. I admired her for her strength and her faith, she will be extremely  missed!!❤

Elise was a soft spoken, kind, warm, and considerate Niece.  In all the years that we crossed paths in life, I never heard her utter one bad word about anyone, ever. She pulled her own weight at all the family functions, never leaving to others what she could help with herself. My favorite memory of Elise was visiting her at the school library while she prepared  for an upcoming book sale. You could tell right away that being around books and knowledge was something she enjoyed immensely. I know she graduated from college in California with a science degree before she came to Michigan, but her smile in that library.....now that was her happy place! Gasper, when you become an adult and are thinking about your Mom (especially on Mothers Day), please remember her as that kind, patient, lady-in-the-library, helping kids find just the right book to read.

Elise was a sweet friend.  I worked side by side with her for many years in the preschool classroom.  She was such a kind, caring and loving person that I was lucky to call a friend.  I will continue to keep her family in my prayers.  Elise will be missed!
