She is survived by her husband, Colin; their children, Kristina, Cody, and Caiden; parents, Hobson and Kathy Mangum; brother, William (Ellen) Carriger; nephews, Jack and Luke; maternal grandmother, Dorothy Lewis; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. She is preceded in death by grandparents, Shirley and Ervin Mangum.
Born and raised in Beaufort, SC, Kristen graduated from Battery Creek High School before enlisting in the US Navy. Kristen was a loving mother, devoted wife, and loyal friend. She enjoyed playing in the yard with her children, cheering from the stands at their sporting events, and watching Clemson football.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 2:00 PM, with a one-hour prior visitation from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Home Williamston Chapel, 205 E Middle St., Williamston, MI 48895.
