Mary Jane was born on August 23, 1927, in the Philippine Islands, and died June 9, 2012, at the age of 83. She graduated from J.W. Sexton High School and then worked for the Air National Guard and was a secretary at Fisher Body. Mary Jane married Dale Fulton and together, they worked in the family business: Fulton Construction Company INC. Mary Jane also volunteered at Sparrow Hospital as part of her sorority community involvement. Mary Jane liked traveling and camping, as long as the camp site was equal or better than a Holiday Inn. Mary Jane and Dale were married for 55 years. She will be missed by her loving husband, family and all who knew her. Mary Jane was preceded in death by her parents, George and Glenna Carr, and brother, George “Bud” Carr, and his infant son, Billie. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 13, 2012 from 5-8 at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Home, Williamston Chapel, 205 E. Middle St. Williamston, MI. Funeral Services will be Thursday, 12:00 Noon, June 14, 2012 at the funeral home. Interment will be held following the funeral service at Chapel Hill Cemetery.
