David was a wonderful mentor at Cymfony. I will be forever grateful for the experience and knowledge he shared with us. He always told lovely stories about his family and you could tell that he adored them. He was a great friend and colleague. Our heartfelt condolences to the family.

Dave and I worked together on and off from 2001 until 2009. He was a great guy and I always enjoyed working with him. It feels like just yesterday he was telling us stories in the break room. He loved talking about his family, particularly his son Tim. I am shocked and saddened by this news. To Dave's family and friends, please accept my deepest condolences. You are all in my prayers.

To say i learned 10 tons of knowledge from David would be an understatement. I worked with David at Cymfony for 6 years and I still use what I learned to this day. Rest in Piece David.

Dear Gail, Tim, and Hayes/Bagen cousins, Mary Anne and I were saddened to hear of David's death. I recall the many happy times we spent as "little boys" together, running around our neighborhoods , playing what was called "Cowboys & Indians. I am sure this was much to the dismay of our parents, but less so to our grandmother, "Kate Bagen",who was always happy to see her family gathered together in her final years. From the many pictures of David and his own family years later at Whiteface mountain, we find joy in knowing that David too was a lover of the wilderness as we ourselves have come to be. We remember too his kindness in visiting my parents, his  Uncle Jack and Aunt Lillian many times over so many years as they grew older.
