Joan-Ann (Frisina) Matusiak, beloved wife, mother, and teacher, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 13, 2022, at the age of 74. She is survived by her husband, Thomas, daughters, Jennifer and Melissa, and brother Anthony, as well as other family and friends too numerous to count. A passionate educator, who mentored colleagues and students alike, Joan retired after more than 35 years of teaching both Science and Religion, most of which was spent at St. Gregory the Great School, in Williamsville, NY. In her spare time she enjoyed crafts of all kinds, particularly making greeting cards.
