I worked with Bob in the 80's in the claims dept. of MIC. My wife Barb & I attended many MIC work related activities with Bob & Ruth in both Rochester & Buffalo, NY. We attended Bob's retirement party in Philly, PA in Nov. '87. Ruth always greeted us with a smile & pleasant conversation! Barb & I are sure she will be deeply missed by Bob, their children, grandchildren & great grandchildren.

Ruth was my Mother-in-Law.  Contrary to the reputation of the title...She was the best.  Great euchre partner, always happy to see me/us, straight up no secrets.  Just wish I could have had her for longer.  Love You  Dave

While growing up, I remember Mrs. Webb as always smiling and ready to laugh.  I remember her happy and very much in love with her husband.  She will always be part of my history.
My heartfelt sympathy goes out to the Webb family, especially, Mr. Webb and my life-long bestest friend Karie-Liz.
