Brother of the late Clara (George) Torok, Joseph (Jean), Michael (Madeline) Tagliarino and Marie (Robert) Strell; survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Born on January 17, 1932. Vincent lived a life marked by his dedication to his family and friends, his passion for music, and his advocacy for individuals with visual disabilities. Vincent graduated from the NYS School for the Blind in 1954, an institution that remained close to his heart throughout his life. He was a well-known figure in the music industry, particularly for his expertise in piano tuning. His business, TAGG's Music/Buffalo Piano Sales and Tuning, became a trusted name among concert promoters, schools, and churches throughout the area. Beyond his entrepreneurial endeavors, Vincent was deeply involved in advocacy, working tirelessly with the Lions Club, National Federation of the Blind, and the Niagara Frontier Radio Reading Service. His efforts in these areas earned him numerous acolytes. He will be remembered by all who knew and loved him by his legacy of love and music.
