Antonia Wiener

Antonia Wiener, nee Wülfing, 77. Beloved wife of the late Robert; devoted mother of Robert (Maria Elena), Deirdre and Alexander (Erin); cherished Oma of Nicole, Maximilian, August and Henry. Dear sister of Job (Betty), Betha (Michel), late Hanna (late Bert) and Fritz (Angelika). Loving aunt and friend to many.

An entrepreneur, Antonia passionately ran her own business and enjoyed her 40+ year career in the amusement park industry until the very end. She was an avid reader, investor, swimmer, sun tanner, and a lover of travel, able to chat with friends in five languages. She was a social butterfly, always making new friends with whom to enjoy a glass of Pinot Noir or a long walk outside. However, what she loved most was spending time with her family and spoiling her grandchildren with gifts, homemade cookies and German candy. She had an undeniable zest for life, which even the pandemic couldn’t dampen. Despite her kids’ requests to be careful, she spent her last day celebrating St. Patrick’s day with her friends, living life to the fullest until the end. She was loved by many and will be sorely missed by all.

A small celebration of Antonia’s life will be held when it is safe to gather again.
