You were one of the smartest and kindest people I encountered. As Thoreau said, "Every man travels to the beat of a different drummer."  You were above us. And you are. Adieu dear friend.

Today was Bruce's birthday.  So sad that he's not here.  I miss him visiting for brunch buffet followed by a dvd movie.  RIP dear friend.

I am deeply saddened by the loss of a good friend, fine man, and devoted patriot. His friends and his country will sorely miss him.I wish his life had been longer and less plagued by illness.

I am greatly saddened by the loss of a friend I knew for 35 years.  I first met Bruce where we worked together at OPM just before my second child was born.  We shared a mutual interest in martial arts and trained together for a number of years in the 80's.  I have tried to reach Bruce recently to no avail so thought to search on the internet.  Bruce and I also shared a love for action movies featuring some of the great martial artists of our time.  I and my family will greatly miss him.

I knew Bruce for over 30 years as his physical therapist.  I am saddened by his passing.  He fought his illness with the goal of returning to DISA and singing.  He will be missed by myself and all of our staff.

I worked briefly with Bruce on a project and am saddened to learn of his passing; but heartened by the outpouring of love and affection he has received from friends and family.

Bruce had an amazing love for music:  classical, barbershop, choral, and solo artists -- vocal and on instruments.  His knowledge of music was breathtaking.  Music will always remind me of him and his life among us.

Rest in Love, Bruce. It was good having a chance to work with you and understand your fruitful history. God speed.
