Lori Lustbader Ashworth, a beloved mother, daughter, sister, and wife, passed away on April 8, 2026 at home with her family. Born April 13th, 1964, in Chicago, IL, she grew up in Glencoe with her parents and two sisters before raising her family in Deerfield. Lori will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Eric; her children, Jason, Libby (Matthew), and Annabelle (Aidan); her mother, Marilyn; and her sisters, Terri and Wendy (Ed). She was preceded in death by her father, Marvin. Lori was best known for her quick wit, outlandish humor, and her famous chocolate chip cookies.
Lori’s life will be celebrated at Weinstein & Piser Funeral Home on her birthday, April 13th, at 11 am.
Lori requested that donations be made in her honor to the Cancer Wellness Center.
