Sherwyn Alan Katz, 93, of Northbrook, IL, passed away suddenly and peacefully April 15, 2023 following a long and happy life. Adored son of the late Max and Rose Katz; much loved older brother of Barbara (late Joe) Jacobs; beloved partner of Marcia O'Connor; survived by his sons and daughter from his first marriage, Jeffrey (Sheila) Katz, Beth (Paul) Grabowski, and David Katz, and his step-son Jamie (Elaine Lutz) Rosman from his second marriage to the late Roslyn Rosman Katz; cherished grandfather of Matthew (Jackie) Katz, Samuel (Dorota) Katz, and Alex (Angelina Whitfield) Grabowski. Sherwyn will also be missed by nephews, nieces, cousins, friends, and Marcia's family. Thank you to Elizabeth and Barb for helping look after our Dad. Funeral services are private.
