Carlos is survived by his partner Diane; son Carlos Jr.; daughter Mariah; son Joaquin; brother Enrique, brother Robert and sister Letty.
Carlos was preceded in death by parents Roberto and Lucila.
A visitation for Carlos will be held Monday, December 28, 2020 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Wilmington. A rosary service will occur Monday, December 28, 2020 at 2:00 PM. A funeral mass will occur Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 10:00 AM at St Peter & St Paul Catholic Church, 515 W Opp Street, Wilmington, California 90744. Services will conclude at the church.
