She was born in East Los Angeles California, on June 10, 1938 to
Jose Garcia and Juana Delgado. She was the 6th child out of 8 children, Josephine, Ester, Arthur, Beatrice, Mary, Cecelia, Richard, Mercy. In 1955 She met her lifelong companion, Frank Muñoz which they shared five children. Frank JR, Joseph, Edward, Mary Frances, Mona. Her family was her priority. A dedicated Mother and Wife, who poured out a lot of love into her family. Cecelia was a hard worker who enjoyed her job at Pioneer Video and retired about 15 years ago. She always enjoyed fixing her house, shopping, watching TV; most of all her favorite was going to the casinos to gamble. She loved to gamble. She also shared a special love to her grandchildren, Joseph Jr. Frank IV, Adriana, Lil Beto, Destinee, Desiree, she gave extra love to them. Cecelia had a zest for life. Although she was Ill, she still would put all her love and time into her home and family. She was an extraordinary mom and wife. She will be deeply missed but forever on our hearts...
