Well cousin its been almost 2 years since you physically left the earth and the last two years have been two of the hardest years of my life. The first year and a half I stayed drunk because I couldn't deal with the reality of you being gone. 4th of July isn't the same. The pool is empty. No more nights of you coming in at 2:00 in the morning from the drive inn. Its just different. The good news is its 2017 I rededicated my life to the Lord I'm saved thank you Jesus !! No drinking !! Thank you Jesus I'm claiming my life back. The devil is a liar !! I WILL STAND FIRM ON GODS WORD !! I will not break I can do all things through Jesus Christ who strengthens me. I know your in heaven because my bible says to be absent from the body is to be in the presence of the Lord. Save a spot for me cuzz I love and miss you dearly but its OK now. I use to be afraid to die but the Lord is not a spirit of fear but of power love and sound mind. I will no longer live in fear I  will live and live life to the fullest. Can't believe its already going on 2 years now. You are so greatly missed every day not a day goes by that I don't think about my brother...In honor of you I will support the Steelers every NFL season. You and Grandma lola had that distinct laugh that no one will ever have and smile that would brighten up the room when you walked in to a party. No one will ever no the pain of losing a brother until they are in your shoes people say to move but it not easy. Every time I hear an old skool song come on the radio I think about you...I will never forget the day You and are brother Jacob played the song Oh Shelia that is how I first heard the song. Your introduced the song Red Red Wine to me, mom and dad those are both my favorite old skool songs.
