Angelo is survived by daughter Paige Libman; mother Donna Powers; brother Steven Libman and brother Jaden Powers; grandmother Sanda Richard.
Angelo was preceded in death by father Jay Libman; brother Scott Libman; grandfather Don Powers.
A graveside service for Angelo will be held Friday, October 2, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 1155 Shipyard Blvd, Wilmington, North Carolina.
