Elizabeth Allison Di Giovanni of Wilmington died Wednesday December 5, 2012 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. She was born November 8, 1929 in Harrisburg, PA daughter of the late James Allison and Ruth Trimble Allison and was preceded in death by her husband Alfred Di Giovanni. Beth graduated from Wooster College Wooster, Ohio. She relocated to Wilmington from NY in the early 90's and made Wilmington her home. Beth was employed with the Monkey Junction Wal*Mart as a door greeter for the past 15 years. Surviving are her children Alison Beam and husband Mark of Florida and Ruth Body of Wilmington, grandchildren: Rebecca McCall and Michael McCall both of Florida, brother, James Allison and wife Carole of Ohio. A memorial service will be held 11am Saturday December 8, 2012 at Andrews Mortuary Valley Chapel. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
