Frances Boswell Jacobs, 78, of Wilmington NC, peacefully went home to the Lord on Friday, August 1, 2014. She is survived by her six children; Garland, William, Ervin, Randolph, Steven, and Theresa. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren, and two great grandchildren; Amanda, Tiffany, Sarah, Amy, Steven Jr, Austin, William Jr, Mackenzie, and Page. Frances was born on March 17, 1936, and was a Wilmington native. She loved this town and it's beaches. She will be remembered as an extremely loving and giving person by all who ever had the honor of knowing her. There will never be enough words to describe what an amazing woman she was, or the great loss her family is experiencing. Her family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Thursday, August 7, 2014, at Andrews Mortuary Market Street Chapel. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Friday, August 8, 2014, at Andrews Mortuary Market Street Chapel with interment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
