Hazel "Bobbie" Schiwe, 92, of Wilmington passed away on Wednesday October 22, 2014 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. She was born on September 23, 1922 in Duplin Co., to the late Jodia Carr Bradham and Robert Ann Whaley Bradham. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Victor Schiwe; son, Paul Schiwe; two brothers; and two sisters. Bobbie is survived by sisters, Lucille Dagenhardt and Helen Pomakis; brother, David Bradham; a granddaughter, Jeannie Schiwe; as well as many nieces and nephews. Bobbie was a member of Calvary Baptist Church where she was a member of the YAH Choir. A visitation will be held from 10-11am on Monday October 27, 2014 at Andrews Market Street Chapel with a funeral service following at 11am officiated by Dr. Donnie Lovette. Burial will immediately follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
