Also preceding him in death is his granddaughter Christy L. White.

Jack is survived by his wife Jean Hodges; sons: Jacky D. Hodges Jr., Charles D. Hodges, John William Hodges; step daughter Sharon Renee Burke; granddaughter Jackie Gloede and husband Darin, several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren and brother Marvin Hodges and wife Connie.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2pm Monday, March 12, 2018 at Coble Ward-Smith Funeral Home. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park with full Military Honors.

Officiating the service will be Pastor Randy Wagoner and Pastor Margaret Hockett.

The family would like to thank everyone for the phone calls, food, cards, visits, and thoughts at this time.
