Joyce Sue Padgett Green, 71, of Hampstead, NC, died July 7th, 2021 with her family by her side. She was a free spirit who loved nature and always helped others. She presided over the Hampstead Women’s Club and non-profit Community Thrift Store for many years.
She is survived by her husband, Brian Green, her daughter, Robin Russell and her son, Patrick Russell. She is also survived by her brothers William (Bill) and Robert Padgett, and her nephews Wesley, Courtney and Randy Padgett as well as many friends who loved her.
