Martha Campbell Huckabee, age 88, of Wilmington, North Carolina passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2024. Martha Huckabee was born in Taylorsville, NC to Eunice Kathleen and James Stokes Campbell and given the name Martha Janice Campbell. She married Robert Huckabee Jr in 1952 and lived out her life in Wilmington, NC.
Martha was 88 years old when she went home to be with her Lord and Savior on March 26, 2024, after a long illness. She is survived by her sister Mila Styron of Wilmington, NC, and was preceded in death by her brother Wayne Campbell, and a sister Delayne Plante.
Martha was such a loving Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother, Sister and Aunt. Above all, she loved her family and she cherished her two children: Pam and Bobby, her six grandchildren Lauren, Taylor, Robert, Madison, Savannah, and Lucas Huckabee and five great-grandchildren Adelina, Lilah, Tucker Bodie, and Waylen.
Martha loved Jesus our Lord and Savior and was a real prayer warrior. Those who were blessed by knowing Martha will remember her contagious positive attitude, warm smiles, and lighthearted laughter. She was a friend to many and will be greatly missed.
A Graveside Funeral Service will be held in her honor on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at 11 AM Greenlawn Memorial Park, 1311 Shipyard Blvd, Wilmington, NC 28412.
