She was born on July 2, 1939, in Bangor, ME, the daughter of the late Ralph and Marguerite White Severance.
Surviving is her husband of fifty-seven years, Roy S. Hawkins; children, David Hawkins, Patricia Warwick (Joe), Roger Hawkins (Barbie) and Kathy Wilcox; six grandchildren, Jarrett Harley (Erine), Catherine Harley, Chance Hawkins, Joe Warwick, Brent Warwick (Chandra) and Shan Marie Wilcox; four great-grandchildren; one sister, Rebecca Robinson; a sister-in-law, Carolyn Etheredge (Charles); and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Hawkins will be remembered as a sweet and kind person who was loved by many people.
A memorial will be held at Andrews Mortuary Hampstead Chapel 2:00 pm Thursday, July 6, 2017. Burial will follow in Sea Lawn Memorial Park.
