I will never forget the warmth of your laugh. My first memory of you was back in the 1980s–I was four years old and you were showing me how to scoot around on a Flying Turtle sit & skate. You were always such a cool cousin and it was so exciting to hang out with you, Allison, and Janet when you guys lived next to Grandpa. 

I remember a long stretch where we didn’t see you and then one day you were at Grandpa’s house. We got a chance to catch up for a short while before your wedding and it was like we had never been apart. Your wedding was really fun (and just happened to be located right next to a VR place) and I know Brooks and I felt that we always got some major cool-points by being associated with the older cousins. I also totally stole your bubbles idea for my wedding!

As you got closer with my mom, it was wonderful getting to see you often and celebrating the holidays and birthdays with you. We hadn’t seen each other much since I moved to the East Coast–I think the last time we were together was at my wedding. You supplied the beautiful flowers and we were so grateful for that. It looked like you guys were having fun grooving to Pharcyde at the Cool Kid’s Table with Paul, Jenny, and Jeff. 

I will always remember your upbeat personality and giggles. I love you so much, cousin & friend. Rest well.

My dear autie Shelly.... no words can express how I feel right now... you were always laughing and smiling every time I saw you. Rest in peace... and say hi to mom for me! I love u so much 💓  blessings to you and your family.  Keep smiling down on us! 

My deepest condolences go out to Michelle's family. 

This was a shock to me, and still tryin to digest it. Michelle, you are more than a friend to me, as you already know. When you left PPI back in the day, I missed our lunches and daily work-outs, you and Keisha used to make me do this whether I wanted to or not. Not to mention that I was the only guy working out with you two ladies, but I didn't care because I love you two, and we had sooo much fun doing it. 

Those were just some of the things that I had already had missed about you. What I miss the most now, is you calling me "Fancy Pants". No one really knew why you called me that, but it is cherished and was always welcomed when you said it. I can still hear you calling me that, (me smiling now). You will be missed, but never forgotten, your smile and laughter will always be remembered.  Rest easy Queen.

Paul, you and I go waaayy back, early PPI days and always knew you were a great guy. It's true, you and Michelle do complimented each other, it's like y'all fit. Stay strong friend, as I know you will. Those kids, although they are grown now, will need you the most, as will you need them.

Michelle, my belle. 
I've known you your whole life. I'm just beside myself of your passing and cannot believe it still. 

I loved your laugh and smile and your passion for life. Your love for your family is unmatched. You always looked to do the right thing for your kids throughout their lives and ensured they had what they needed to succeed in school, sports, and life.  

You were headstrong and showed a trait that I admired with your sticktoitiveness and standing for what was right.  You met the love of your life with Paul, and we could not have been happier for you and your family. You and Paul complimented each other perfectly and added to the strength of your blessed family. 

We were lucky to have had all the fun times that we've shared throughout our lives. We will always look in on Taylor, Justin, and Devin as if they were our own. And we regard Paul as a son-in-law too. We so wish we were coming to visit you in your new house as we had hoped to be doing, except for the pandemic we would've been there. 

We'll miss you terribly but will never forget the good times we've had together over the past 44 yrs.
