Tonia was born in Greenville, SC on August 27, 1971. Tonia was preceded in death by her Mother Anna Mary Cannon.
Tonia was a hard worker and enjoyed spending time with her only daughter Kristen. She was also very happy knowing that her oldest son Micheal got married and is very happy. Tonia loved all her four of her kids.
She is survived by her Father, Ed Fant, her husband Wally Huggins, her older sister Tina Fant, her younger brother Eddie Fant, her children Michel Huggins, Steven Huggins, Kristen Prater, C.J. Prater.
A graveside service for Tonia will be held Monday, July 17, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 1311 Shipyard Blvd, Wilmington, North Carolina 28412.
