He was born August 17, 1945 in Wilmington, NC to William and Alma Evans who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by a sister: Susie McKellar.
He is survived by his brother: Gary (Deborah) Evans, a nephew: Neil Evans, and a niece, Lisa McKellar.
A Memorial Service for William will be held Saturday, June 21, 2025 at 11:00 AM t at Coble Funeral and Cremation Service at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 1155 Shipyard Blvd, Wilmington, NC 28412.
