William Ernest Harrelson III

He was born on March 7, 1946 in Whiteville, NC, son of the late William Ernest Harrelson, Jr. and Nettie Windham.

He served in the United States Army until his retirement after 26 years of service. He worked as a consultant for several telecommunication companies. He was an avid reader, loved to learn and listen to music but most of all was spending time with his family and friends.

“Billy” was survived by his children: Kevin Harrelson, Kelly Harrelson, David Harrelson, Bradley Harrelson and Casey Harrelson. Seven grandchildren, one brother and three sisters.

Graveside Services will be held on Friday June 17, 2011 at 2:00PM at Sand Hill State Veterans Cemetery, 400 Murchison Road, Spring Lake, NC 28390 with Full Military Honors.
