William Gerald Strickland

He was born on October 5, 1959, to Joyce Elaine Strickland and the late William Graham Strickland.

Gerald was an Electrician by trade, working underneath his father, which he enjoyed dearly and had the opportunity to make many life-long friends while working for Grahams Electric. He loved his family and friends and would give the shirt off his back to help someone in need. He was one of the most Kind, Generous and loving Person and never met a stranger and had so much love for All.

We lost a beloved Son, Dad, Brother, Uncle and Nephew.

Although he will be missed dearly he will remain in our hearts forever.

 He is survived by his Mother, Joyce E. Strickland; Son, William Gerrad Strickland; Sister, Susan S. Farren and husband Mark Farren and Nephew, William Brandon Farren; his Aunts, Jan Kerr and Jo-Ann; Uncle, Cecil Chestnut and many cousins.

The family will receive visitors from 6-8pm, Sunday, December 9, 2018 at Andrews Valley Chapel, 4108 S. College Rd.

A funeral service will be held at 2pm, Monday, December 10, at Andrews Valley Chapel. Burial will follow at Oleander Memorial Gardens.
