Eula Grant Lowe January 27, 1919 – May 8, 2016 Eula Grant Lowe, age 97, of Wilson, passed away Sunday. A graveside funeral service will be conducted 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in Evergreen Memorial Park, with The Rev. Dr. Doug Murray officiating. The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Thomas-Yelverton Funeral Home, 2704 Nash St., Wilson. Eula retired as a Registered Nurse with the former Wilson Memorial Hospital. She was a long-time member of First Baptist Church in Wilson and enjoyed traveling, needlework, and her home. Eula was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. Surviving are her son, Donnie B. Lowe and wife, Pam, of Wilson, and her grand-dog, Cas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thurston Lowe, and her parents, James and Mae Whitehead Grant.
