Evelyn Rochelle Ezzell September 27, 1932 – May 6, 2016 Evelyn “Rochelle” Ezzell, 83, of Wilson, passed away Friday. A graveside funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday in the Mausoleum Courtyard in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. Surviving are her daughters, Mary Sharp and husband, Warren, of Kenly, and Iris Tyndall and husband, Walter, of Wilson; her son, Mark Ezzell and wife, Mary, of Tavares, FL; nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Ezzell; a daughter, Kimberly Ezzell; her parents, Simpson Poythress and Evelyn Jones McQueen; and a brother, Pete Poythress.
