Barbara Lynn Brogan, age 69, of Winder, GA passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2023. She was a native of Beckley, WV and a graduate of Meadow Bridge High School. She was a member of Meadow Bridge Pentecostal Holiness Church. She was caring, giving, open hearted, and loved helping others. Sunday dinners with family was very special to her. She had been employed at Thrall Car in Winder.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Nila Gwinn and Leonard Mullins of WV; her brother, Charles Mullins; and her sister, Bonnie Gilkerson. She is survived by her son: Brian Mullins of Rainelle, WV; daughter, Cindy Brogan of Winder; sister, Brenda Fleshman of Danese, WV; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and a large extended family.
A visitation for family and friends will be held at Smith Funeral Home from noon until 2:00 pm on Friday, December 15, 2023. The Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm in Smith Memory Chapel with Pastor Greg Moore officiating.
