Cindy Roush Elliott, age 45 of Winder, passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2017. She was a member of Free Chapel Church. Cindy worked as an Emergency Care Technician at Gwinnett Medical Center. She is preceded in death by her mother, Donna Lane. She is survived by her husband, Randy Elliott of Winder; a son and step-son, Chandler Elliott of Winder and Stephen Elliott of Atlanta; two daughters, Brianna Elliott and Emily Warren (Johnny) both of Winder; her father, Robert C. Roush of Gallipolis, OH; four brothers, Cary Cooper (Terri) and Nick Roush of Winder, Jeremy Roush of Wadsworth, OH and Joey Roush (Lindsay) of Gallipolis and a sister, Marcy Baker of Cincinnati, OH. Three step-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews also survive. Visitation will be held Friday, August 4, 2017 from 2 until 4PM and 6 until 9PM at Smith Funeral Home, Winder, GA. Funeral services will be at 2PM Saturday, August 5, 2017 in the chapel of Smith Funeral Home with Rev. Joe Price officiating. Interment will follow in Barrow Memorial Gardens.
