Dennis was one of three children of the union of "Bud" and Joy Maddox. He was a hard worker who took pride in doing remodeling, painting, and handman jobs. When he wasn't working, Dennis enjoyed fishing and working on cars. He always loved his family.
Dennis was predeceased by his father, Artis Ray "Bud" Maddox, and mother, Joy Bryson Christian.
Dennis is survived by his wife, Mary: children: Todd (Brittany Love) Spires, Christina (Chris) Emerson, and Ashley (Jeremy) Garrett; grandchildren: Isabella Gavris, Daniel Scroger, McKenzie Scroger, Ethan Emerson, Hunter Cook, Joshua Garrett, Noah Garrett, Thomas Love, LeAnn Love, and Faith Love; sisters: Sherri (Larry) Lewis and Susan Reagan; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at Auburn Church of God, 26 3rd Street, Auburn, GA.
