Graveside services will be held Saturday April 23, 2016 at 3:00pm at Booth Memorial Gardens. Rev. Hugh Minor will officiate.
Survivors include his children; Edward R. Booth, Jr., John Alan Booth, Timothy James Booth, William Verlyn Booth, and Julie A. Booth; 3 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild; former wife Carol Booth.
Smith Funeral Home, Winder, has charge of arrangements.
