A native of Monroe, Georgia, he is preceded in death by his parents; Bobby Lee and Elizabeth Rowe Green.
Mr. Green is survived by his wife; Mrs. Kathy Green, of Winder; daughter, Manda Green Smith of Tennessee; brother, Johnny Lee Green; sisters, Joanne Bowles, Barbara Meeks, Martha Webb, Deborah Green, Becky Clay, Lisa Hall, and Denise Benefield.
The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 24, 2016 at 12:00 PM Noon from the Chapel of Smith Funeral Home with Hillman Martin and Roy Turk officiating. Burial will follow the service at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Bethlehem, GA. The family will be receiving friends on Friday evening, from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
