Robert "Bob" David Neville, age 73, of Winder, GA passed away on Friday, July 4, 2025. Bob was born in Bellshill, Scotland to the late John Bell Neville and Margaret Murray Neville. He served with the Cameronian Scottish Rifles, a rifle regiment of the British Military. He was a Mason while living in Scotland. While in Scotland, he was employed with Caterpillar, Inc. After leaving Scotland, Bob lived in Canada before moving to the United States. In the U.S., he was employed by McDonald Douglas and worked on the F-14 aircraft. He retired as a Mechanical Engineer with Motor & Gear in Doraville, GA. Bob was later employed with Ingles in the seafood department.
Bob is survived by his wife, Robin Rasmussen Neville; sons: Mark (E.J.) Neville of Oshawa, Ontario, Canada, and Darren Neville; stepsons: Nicholas Duffey of Washington, DC and Mackenzie Duffey of Athens, GA; three grandchildren: Ethan, Ena, and Ella Neville; and his sister, Bettyanne McIntyre of Scotland.
A Celebration of LIfe will be held at 11:00 am on August 2, 2025 at 109 Pinkston Court, Winder, GA.
