Samuel Roy Jennings, III, passed away in Henry County, AL, on May 9, 2026, at the age of 79. While he lived in a small world, he is now living in fullness. He left a large imprint on the lives of the family who loved him without measure. He always found joy in watching the Georgia Bulldogs.
He was the son of the late Samuel Roy Jennings, Jr. and Dorothy Jennings Ashton. He is survived by his brothers, Tom (Teresa) Jennings and Buddy (Lori) Jennings; and numerous nieces and nephews.
There will be a Graveside Service on Friday, May 15, 2026, at Rest Haven Cemetery, 2284 Candler Road, Decatur, GA.
