Passed away peacefully on July 9, 2013 at The Hospice of Windsor and Essex County at the age of 69. Beloved father of Claudine and Michael. Dear grandfather of Johnny, Colin, and Pierce. Survived by his brother Donald, sisters Lorraine and Susan, and "Lilly". Predeceased by his brother Rick. A special thank you goes out to all the wonderful people that helped Carl at the Hospice. Donations in memory of Carl, may be made to the Hospice of Windsor & Essex County. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Walter D. Kelly Life Celebration Centre. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at Banwell Community Church, 2400 Banwell Rd. on Saturday July 20, 2013 at 11am.
