Carrie Lynn Simone Couvillon

Passed away unexpectedly on January 30, 2012 at the young age of 30 years old. She leaves behind the love of her life, her 5year old son Joshua Thornton, who will miss her and love her forever, and Josh’s father, Nathan Thornton, who will never forget her and will help Josh remember his mommy. She also leaves behind, her heartbroken mother, Jody Steeves, her father, Richard Couvillon and her siblings, Louise, Ricky, Linda, Danny, Davey, Donny, Kelly, Denise, Crystal (Todd), Brian (Mandy), Amber (Aaron) and Krystal (Chris) and all their families, her aunts and uncles Kirt (Lois) and Launa (Ken).She will always be remembered as a sweet, loving and kind-hearted daughter and sister. Carrie was a big part of the Thornton family for many years and will always be remembered by Jeff, Betty, James and Angel and their extended families. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 5, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at Emmanuel United Church (1728 Lincoln Rd.) Rev. David Colvin officiating. A luncheon will follow in the church basement. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations can be made to Josh’s Education Trust Fund by cheque made out to Joshua Thornton, 185 Bechard Ave., LaSalle, ON N9H 1W4. We are making a book of memories for Josh to help deal with his loss. A letter or a card sent to Josh at the above address would be greatly appreciated and will become part of his book.
