Son of Jessie Elena Farrell and Charles George Farrell. Born January 1933 at Hotel Dieu Hospital and passed away peacefully at Hotel Dieu Hospital on Saturday, September 8, 2012. Charles is survived by his long time companion Penny Chabot, wife Joyce Erma Farrell, daughter Sherry Noble of Winnipeg and son Steven, along with brothers Alfred of Burlington, David of Regina and William of Clinton, Michigan. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Victoria Memorial Gardens.
