Elizabeth Molnar Bakos

Passed away at the age of 91 on Wednesday February 18, 2015. She was surrounded by her family at Huron Lodge Home for Seniors in Windsor, Ontario. Beloved wife to the late John Bakos and their two children, John (Sally) and Mark (Lynne); her two children Claire (Bill) and Steve (Nancy) from her first late husband Steve Molnar. Loving grandmother to her seven grandchildren; Shawn, Andrew (Danielle), Matthew (Roxanne), Kaitlyn, Lindsey, Monica and Max. Four great grandchildren; Jacob, Ethan, Sofie and Samuel. She will be missed by cousins Helen Simmons and Ernie Nemeth. Elizabeth will be remembered as a caring, supportive and loving person. Elizabeth’s strong catholic faith guided her through her life journey as a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She enjoyed attending the rosary by the volunteers of Corpus Christi Church to continue practicing her faith. Her cooking and baking will be fondly remembered by her family and friends. Special thank you to the staff and doctors at Huron Lodge Home for Seniors for their hard work and the compassionate care they gave to Elizabeth. Family and friends are invited to a memorial visitation at Corpus Christi Church (1400 Cabana Rd. West, Windsor) on Saturday, February 21, 2015 from 11:30am until the time or her Funeral Mass at 1:00pm. Cremation Arrangements entrusted to Walter D. Kelly Life Celebration Centre.
