Now reunited with her loving husband Melvin (2001). Ethel was born on September 26, 1919, in Wharton, Nova Scotia and met Melvin when she was clerking in Amherst. After their marriage they moved to Ontario (Red Rock and Port Arthur) and eventually Windsor. She was predeceased by her parents Ada (Matheson) and Frederick MacLeod, siblings Barbara (Hennigar), Duncan, Max and nephews John (Max) and Donald (Barbara). She will be missed by nieces, Sheila MacLeod, Esther Hennigar and Lorna Clarke and nephews John and Michael Hennigar, caretaker Bernie Drouillard and friends. Ethel enjoyed driving her car to team bowling into her 90s and caring for her cats Sam, Virgil, Silver, Molly et al. She also enjoyed a cold beer while admiring her flowers and plants both inside and outside.
