Gary Wayne Percy

Passed in peace surrounded by his family at Metropolitan Campus on September 3, 2015. Born on April 21st, 1947, he served the City of Windsor in the Windsor Fire Department for 40 years before moving to the Lakeshore Fire Department for his last 5 working years. He is survived by his daughter Jade Percy, his sons, Ryan and Jason Percy (Tammy), and his grandchildren Niall and Sloane Percy. He leaves happy memories with his sister Susan Clark (Mark) and his brother Brian Percy (Jeannie). He joins in peaceful rest his parents Cecil and Loretta Percy (Gammon), and his sister Brenda Wright. He was a volunteer that worked closely with the Windsor Burn Unit, the United Way and Muscular Dystrophy. In kindness, donations may be made to the United Way or Muscular Dystrophy. Visitation will be held at the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 895 Ouellette Avenue, (519)254-3223 on Wednesday & Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Fire Fighters Walk By 7:30 p.m. Thursday. Funeral Services will be held in the Anderson Memorial Chapel on Friday September 11, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Victoria Memorial Gardens.
