Guy "Willy" Wilfred Caron

With a very sad and broken heart, I, Maureen Laforet Caron have to announce the passing of my beloved soulmate, best friend and husband of 23 1/2 years. Big Willy fought the fight of his life and he's definitely my hero. Loving Dad to Kim (Clayton) and Katie (Dan). Respected Step-Dad to Michael and Christian (Lady). Loving grandpa to Jordan, Bethany, Lily, Jonathan, Nathaniel, Rebecca, Annabelle and his 2 little beauties Lelaina Blue and Delilah Sunshine. Proud uncle to many nieces and nephews. Guy was an extremely proud veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces and dedicated member of R.C.L. Branch #143 and sure had some wild and crazy stories to tell with his great sense of humour. He was also a member of the Windsor Sportsmen's Club. Willy was the proud and respected owner of Willy's Auto for 24 years (Home of the Big Dog). Rest in Peace my love, the Willy and Lyn love story lives forever. Visitation will be held at the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 895 Ouellette Avenue (519) 254-3223 on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service under the auspices of the Windsor Veteran's Memorial Services Committee will be held in the Anderson Chapel on Monday, February 5, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
