Expressing my deepest sympathy to Henry's Family & friends. As part of the Emmanuel Church Family , Henry & Grace were lifetime friends of my parents, Ron & Mae Stewart. As the story goes, my Mother and Henry attended grade one together at King George School circa 1927, and were both original members of Emmanuel (formerly Ottawa United Church ). Henry and my Dad were both proud to be part of the Masonic Brotherhood. Henry & Grace continued to keep in touch long into their senior years, and their visits and calls to my parents were much appreciated.
I am not able to be at the service on Saturday, but please know that my thoughts & prayers are with you all as you celebrate Henry's long life of dedication to others.
