It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jason on Thursday, September 4th, 2025 at the age of 38 surrounded by his family at home. He is survived by his beloved Wife Starr Berlasty of 17 years. Cherished daughter Randi Berlasty. Parents Greg Moore and Christine Berlasty. Sister Nicole Berlasty. Loving Sister in law Morgan. Devoted Uncle to Sophia, Aubrey, Rylie, Lily, Adam, Austin, Jade, Aiden, and Ariya. He is also survived by many other relatives, cousins, and friends. Predeceased by his adored Papa Fred Berlasty and Uncle Terry Berlasty.
Jason was honoured to serve his Country in the Military for eight years, he served as a Chef and his service ranged across Canada. He was a selfless individual and was always willing to help others. Jason liked to tell it how it was, he wouldn’t sugarcoat things. The care he had for others echoed his heart and what he stood for. He had an inseparable bond with his Daughter Randi and loved her beyond words.
