It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Joseph on September 25, 2021at the age of 85. Born in Amherstburg on November 6, l935 to parents Frances & Joseph Hocevar. Husband to Sharon Hocevar (nee Smith) for 52 years. He leaves his sisters Dorothy Horrobin (George), and Victoria Brooker (Bob). He is survived by his daughter Vicky Lynn & partner Kathy Dugay, step-son Mark Dufour (Brenda) and Jeffery (Pam), many many nieces & nephews and his favourite furry friend, Pearly. Joe was employed at Chrysler Canada and a Local 444 Union Rep. The family would like to thank the wonderful care of the doctors & nursing staff at Ouellette Campus.
